Myf5基因多态性与山羊生长性能的相关性分析

摘  要:
采用PCR-SSCP技术对255只波尔山羊和成都麻羊的Myf5基因多态性进行了分析。结果表明,试验羊Myf5基因第1外显子第328位发生A→C突变,检测到3种基因型(AA,AB,BB)和2个等位基因(A,B);波尔山羊和成都麻羊的A等位基因为优势基因,频率分别为0.681,0.776。Myf5基因多态性与生长性状指标相关性分析结果表明,2种山羊群体内各个年龄阶段AA型的体质量和体长均显著或极显著大于BB型(P<0.05),而群体内不同基因型在体高、胸围和管围上无显著差异(P>0.05)。

摘  要:
PCR-SSCP was used to analyze the polymorphism of Myf5 gene in 255 samples of two goat breeds, namely Boer goats and Chengdu Ma goats breeds. The results indicated that the polymorphisms in Myf5 gene was caused by A→C transversion at the 328 th bp position. Three genotypes of AA, AB, BB and two alleles of A, B were detected in examined populations. The results showed that the frequencies of alleles A of Boer goats and Chengdu Ma goats breeds were 0.681, 0.776, respectively. The association of variations of Myf5 gene with growth traits in Boer goats and Chengdu Ma goats breeds were analyzed. Body weight and body length of the individuals with genotype AA were higher than that with genotype BB(P<0.05), but the difference was not statistically significant in body height, heart length and circumference of cannon bone(P>0.05).
