草甘膦钠盐和二甲胺盐的离子色谱分析方法

摘  要:
[目的]对草甘膦钠盐和二甲胺盐水剂中的钠离子和二甲胺盐离子进行定量分析。[方法]用Dionex Ion Pac CS12A阳离子分析柱和电导检测器,外标法定量分析草甘膦钠盐和二甲胺盐离子。[结果]钠离子和二甲胺盐离子的变异系数均为1.1%,平均回收率为99.5%和100.2%。[结论]该方法操作简便、灵敏,结果可靠。

摘  要:
[Aims] The quantitative analysis of sodium ion and dimethylamine salt ion in glyphosate-sodium and glyphosate-dimethylamine aqueous solution was optimized. [Methods] The quantitative analysis of sodium ion and dimethylamine salt ion was conducted by ion chromatography with an Ion Pac CS 12 A analytical column, conductivity detector and external standard method. [Results] The coefficients of variation were both 1.1%, the average recoveries for sodium ion and dimethylamine salt ion were 99.5 and 100.2%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method is simple,sensitive and reliable.
