鸵鸟屠宰性能测定及解剖结构研究

摘  要:
通过解剖两只14月龄的雄性鸵鸟,可知其屠宰率为68.28%~71.64%,产肉率为38.25%~38.98%,瘦肉率53.39%~57.04%。另外对鸵鸟肌肉的分布、相关器官的形态结构进行了初步探讨。

摘  要:
By anatomy of two 14-month male ostrich, slaughtering rate, meat production rate, lean meat rate and distribution of muscles were studied. In addition, a primary study on morphology and structure of some related organs was carried out. The purpose of the study is to give a reference for slaughtering, processing and import of ostrich.
