摘  要：
本文以"互联网+"为时代背景,结合当今国内外高等院校课程设计和演变的趋势,探究了我国涉海高校发展课程联盟的可行性及其重大意义。同时,指出了课程建设存在的问题以及亟需解决的问题。本文阐述的观点和方法可为当今高等院校建立相关行业联盟,加强课程建设,提高教学质量提供参考。

摘  要：
Based on the "Internet + "as the background,this paper combined with current construction and development trend of the courses of domestic and foreign university,the feasibility and significance of courses union of domestic sea-related university were investigated.Meanwhile,it pointed out the urgent problems to be solved in the course construction.The viewpoint and method of this paper could provide the reference for establishing the professional union,strengthening the course construction and improving the quality of teaching.
