论药食同源之大蒜

摘  要:
大蒜是世界性的药食同源植物,其营养、药用成分及功能得到了广泛关注和研究。本文从传统医学实践到现代生物医学实验的不同层面和维度对大蒜的食用和药用价值,以及功能性成分、药理作用的国内外研究进展进行了综述,并讨论了大蒜的合理开发利用和药食产业发展前景。

摘  要:
Garlic is a worldwide affinal drug and diet plant.Its nutrition and medicinal components,and functions have been widely concerned and studied.This paper reviewed the edible and medicinal value,functional components and pharmacological roles of garlic from traditional medical practice to modern medical experiment at different lay and diamentionality.The paper also discussed about the rational exploitation and utilization of garlic,and prospect of drug and diet industry.
