生物质气化系统中气化炉设计及进料装置改进

摘  要:
新型生物质气化系统—双干馏管内燃加热式气化炉气化系统主要由液压进料系统、双干馏管内燃加热式气化炉、气体收集和净化系统组成,采用生物质-垃圾混合物作为气化的原料。双干馏管内燃加热式气化炉作为该系统中的主要设备,其两根干馏管的外侧被通入高温烟气的螺旋管道缠绕,使高温烟气与干馏管的接触时间延长,热交换更充分。此外,针对系统中液压进料装置存在的问题提出了3种改进措施,将料仓和进料活塞做了相应的结构改进,有效地解决了进料装置中不同部位的进料不畅和物料堆积问题。

摘  要:
A new type of biomass gasification system——dual dry distillation tube combustion heated gasifier system was designed in this paper,which mainly consists of a hydraulic feed system,dual dry distillation tube combustion heated gasifier,gas collection and purification system,taking biomass-garbage mixture as the raw material for gasification.Dual dry distillation tube combustion heating gasifier as the major equipment in the system,the outside of its two dry distillation tube was winded by the spiral pipe accessed with high-temperature flue gas,to prolong the contact time of the high-temperature flue gas and the dry distillation tube and to make heat exchange more fully.Against to the problems of hydraulic feed device in the system,three improvements were proposed in this paper and the structures of silos and feed piston were correspondingly improved.Problems of poor feed and material accumulation with different position in the feed device were effectively solved.
