不同施肥对西北半干旱区土壤脲酶和土壤氮素的影响及其相关性

摘  要:
在西北半干旱地区不同施肥对土壤脲酶活性及其动态变化、土壤全氮、碱解氮含量及其动态变化、土壤脲酶活性与土壤全氮量和碱解氮相关性研究,结果表明:F处理的脲酶活性显著高于其他处理,脲酶活性有机处理高于无机处理,无机处理中以NP处理脲酶活性最高,有机处理中M、S和SNP处理脲酶活性较高,说明施入羊粪、秸秆可以增加土壤脲酶活性,且秸秆与氮磷配合施用效果较好。各处理脲酶活性收获期小于播种期,小麦不同的生育期脲酶活性是先增加后逐渐减小的趋势;分蘖期和拔节期脲酶活性较高,是因为小麦根系从土壤中吸收大量的可溶性氮素,吸收氮的强度最大,脲酶活性增强。各处理土壤全氮含量收获期小于播种期,随着土层的加深,各处理土壤全氮含量下降梯度减小。各个土层中SNP处理土壤全氮含量较高,说明秸秆与无机氮磷配合可以提高土壤全氮含量;在增加土壤碱解氮方面等氮量的有机肥优于无机肥;小麦生育期土壤碱解氮的动态变化是先增加后减少的趋势。土壤碱解氮、全氮与土壤脲酶达到显著和极显著直线正相关。

摘  要:
This paper determined the seasonal dynamics of soil urease,total nitrogen and available nitrogen in Semiarid Area of Northwest China. The correlation between soil urease and total nitrogen,available nitrogen was also analyzed in this paper. The results showed that soil urease with no tillage was significantly higher than other fertilization treatments,soil urease with organic manure was higher than that of inorganic fertilizers,soil urease with mixed application of nitrogen and phosphorus was highest in the treatments of inorganic fertilizers,and soil urease with sheepfold manure,crop residue and the mixed application of nitrogen,phosphorus and manure were higher than that of organic manure,which suggested that the returning application of sheepfold manure and crop residue could improve the activity of soil urease,what's more,the fertilizer efficiency with mixed application of crop residue and nitrogen and phosphorus was better than that with their respective single application. The activity of urease in wheat date of sowing was higher than in harvesting date under all treatments,which increased at first and then declined during the growing phase of wheat. The activity of urease was higher at tillering and jointing stage,which was due to the absorption of soluble nitrogen from soil by wheat root. The concentration of total nitrogen in sowing date was higher than in harvesting date under all treatments,which decreased with the increasing of soil depth. The concentration of total nitrogen with mixed application of nitrogen and phosphorus was highest among all treatments,which suggested this mixed application could effectively improve soil nitrogen status. Under equal nitrogen amount,organic manure was better than inorganic fertilizer in the improvement of soil nitrogen availability. The available nitrogen increased at first and then declined during the growing phase of wheat. There was a positive correlation between soil urease and total and available nitrogen,in which a significant positive correlation between soil urease and total and available nitrogen.
