提升牧场自主管理水平，推动奶源基地建设

摘  要：
为推动奶源基地基础工作管理水平,管控原料奶质量、提升单产,亟需解决的问题是提高牧场自主管理能力。如何让牧场盈利是牧场主时刻所思考的问题,但当前的牧场管理只是从技术角度通过提高标准化来提高生产效率,不能通过经营的自主化管理,合理组织生产力,使各个生产环节彼此衔接,密切配合各种生产要素从而实现盈利。本文主要从改善数据系统管理、分析盈亏平衡点、引导岗位绩效管理、构建牧场文化等方面进行探究,得出牧场自主管理的重点措施及评价标准,旨在为牧场提供一种新的经营思路,实现自主管理,推动和完善奶源基地建设。

摘  要：
In order to promote the basic work management level of the milk source base, to control the quality of raw milk, and to improve the yield, the independent management ability of the pasture needs to promote. How to make pasture profit is the problem that rancher thinks at the moment.In the past, the pasture management only improved the standardization and production efficiency from the technical point of view, while the operation was managed by self-management, the rationally organized productivity, and the production links were closely connected with each other, various production factors achieve profitability together. This paper mainly explores the improvement of data system management, analyzes the break-even point, guides post performance management, constructs pasture culture, and draws measures and evaluation criteria. The aim is to provide ideas for ranchers in the course of business, to achieve their own management, and to promote and improve the construction of milk source bases.
