摘  要:
实行岗位设置管理制度,建立起以按需设岗、竞聘上岗、按岗定酬、契约管理为主要特征的岗位管理体系,是农业科研单位深化人事制度改革的重要举措。本文从农业科研单位岗位设置特点、存在问题、原则思路和制度框架等方面进行分析和探讨。

摘  要:
Implementing post setting management system is an important measure to deepen the human resource reform in agricultural research institutions . Post setting management system is characterised by four aspects : setting post according to demand , winning the post through competition , offering salary according to the post , and contract management . Post setting features , existing problems , principles and rules are analyzed and discussed .
