活性炭负载磷钨酸季铵盐催化末端烯烃环氧化研究

摘 要:
考察了杂多酸季铵盐对1-十六烯的催化环氧化活性。研究了以磷钨酸季铵盐为催化剂、H_2O_2为氧化剂、乙酸乙酯为溶剂条件下1-十六烯环氧化制备环氧十六烷的工艺条件,探讨了多相催化剂对催化活性的影响。结果表明,磷钨酸季铵盐负载在活性炭表面后,催化活性得到很大的提高。利用该催化剂催化1-十六烯环氧化,当负载量为30%、反应时间6h、反应温度为60℃时,选择性几乎为100%,转换率达到56%。最后用FTIR和SEM对合成的活性炭负载磷钨酸季铵盐催化剂进行了表征,磷钨酸季铵盐负载在活性炭上后其活性结构没有发生明显的变化,催化剂负载量为30%时,磷钨酸季铵盐均匀地负载在活性炭表面。

摘 要:
In this paper,the catalytic epoxidation activity of quaternary ammonium salts of heteropolyacids to 1-hexadecene is investigated.The process conditions for the preparation of epoxidecane by 1-hexadecene epoxidation with quaternary ammonium salt of phosphotungstic acid as catalyst and H_2O_2 as oxidant and ethyl acetate as solvent are studied.The effects of heterogeneous catalysts on the catalytic activity are investigated.The results show that the catalytic activity is greatly improved.After the[Π-C_5H_5N(CH_2)_(15)CH_3]_3[PW_(12)O_(40)] is supported by activated carbon,the epoxidation of 1-hexadecane is studied,when the load is 30wt%,reaction time is 6h,the reaction temperature is 60℃,the selectivity is the almost of 100%,the conversion rate is 56%.The catalysts are characterized by FTIR and SEM.The active structure of phosphotungstic acid quaternary ammonium salt is without obvious changes on the active carbon,when the catalysts is 30%,the phosphotungstic acid quaternary ammonium salt is evenly appeared on the surface of the active carbon.
