摘  要：
通过对套筒加工工艺的分析,拟定其加工工艺方案,并进行合理安排落料、冲孔、翻边的先后顺序,实现了落料、冲孔、翻边等工序在一个行程内完成,并生产出合格的零件,考虑冲压件的形状特点、零件尺寸大小、精度要求,设计模具结构形式。

摘  要：
Through the analysis of the machining technology for the quill, the processing plan has been determined .Through a reasonable operation sequence of blanking, piercing and fringing , compound processing of blanking ,piercing and fringing is realized and the parts manufactured meet the technic requirement .Through the consideration of the shape characteristics, sizes and precision of the pressing, die structure has been designed.
