摘 要：
The hygienic quality of forty groups of cultured-shellfish products from main shellfish-cultured area in the eastern Fujian province from the year 2004 to 2006,including Crassostrea gigas,Ostrea plicatula,Sinonovacula constricta,were investigated.Investigated items include heavy metal,petroleum hydrocarbon,animalcule and shellfish poisons.The results showed that part of the cultured shellfish were polluted by fecal coliform and petroleum hydrocarbon,and the results of other investigated items are better.
