SLS成型农机部件的切片算法研究

摘  要:
传统的农机设计方法开发周期长、成本高。采用SLS技术可以缩短生产周期,提高农机生产企业的市场竞争力。为此,分析了当前SLS快速成型系统等厚度切片的缺点,提出了基于三角面片外法矢量的自适应切片算法。结果表明,该算法在保证精度的同时也提高了成型效率。

摘  要:
The traditional design ways of agricultural machines leads to a long development period and high cost. Application of Selective Laser Sintering makes for short design period and enterprise’s competence in competitive market. The disadvantages of the fixed thickness slicing method in current Selective Laser Sintering system are analyzed,and an adaptive slicing algorithm based on the outer-normal direction of triangle plane is presented. It is concluded that this algorithm can ensure the part precision,and can also improve the prototyping efficiency.
