基于DEA模型的不同饲养规模生猪生产效率分析——以四川省为例

摘  要：
笔者根据《农产品成本收益资料汇编》中2005—2014年的统计数据,运用DEA模型,以主产品产值和副产品产值为产出变量,物质与服务费用和人工成本为投入变量,分别对四川省4种生猪饲养规模的生产效率、技术效率和规模效率进行对比分析。结果表明:按照生猪生产效率均值从大到小对四种饲养规模进行排序,依次为中规模生猪饲养、大规模生猪饲养、小规模生猪饲养、散户生猪饲养。得出四川省最适生猪饲养规模是中规模生猪饲养,阻碍生猪饲养规模的原因有生猪饲养技术落后和资源配置不合理的结论,并提出提高四川省生猪生产效率的建议。

摘  要：
Base on statistics in Agricultural Cost-benefit Data Assembly from 2005 to 2014,the production efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 4 kinds of pig farming scale in Sichuan province were analyzed by the method of Data Envelopment Analysis( DEA). Meanwhile,take the production of main products and by-products as output variables,and the fees of material and service and the costs of labor as input variables in the model. The results show that the pig production efficiency of medium-scale pig breeding is the highest ranked by the average,which followed by large-scale pig breeding,small-scale pig breeding and retail-pig breeding. Therefore,the best scale of pig-breeding is medium-scale in Sichuan province,and the causes hindering scale pig farming are backward pig-breeding technology and non-reasonable resource allocation. Suggestions on improving the efficiency of pig production in Sichuan province were put forward accordingly.
