电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定饲料中硅含量的方法研究

摘  要:
试验建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定饲料中硅的方法。样品经干法灰化、浓盐酸酸化溶解、氢氧化钠热溶处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定饲料中硅的含量。结果表明,标准曲线的线性回归方程为y=0.358 7x-0.029,相关系数为0.999 1,检出限为0.02 mg/L,加标回收率在89.1%~118.8%之间,精密度良好、检测结果可靠。通过实际样品检测,该方法适用于饲料中硅元素的分析测定。

摘  要:
The experiment established the ICP-MS method for the analysis of silicon element in animal feed. The samples were dried by ashing, acidified by concentrated hydrochloric acid, and dissolved by sodium hydroxide. Then the silicon in feed was determined by ICP-MS method. The results showed that the linear regression equation of standard curve was y=0.358 7 x-0.029, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 1, the detection limit was 0.02 mg/L, and the adding standard recovery rate was between 89.1% and 118.8%. The method had good precision and reliable result.The method was suitable for the determination of the silicon content in feed samples.
