粉碎方式对小麦粉碎粒度及粒度分布的影响

摘  要:
为研究粉碎方式对小麦粉碎粒度及其分布的影响,试验选取锤片式粉碎机(筛片孔径2 mm)为对照组,研究对辊式粉碎机轧辊间隙0.2、0.4、0.6 mm条件下,粉碎方式对小麦粉碎粒度及粒度分布的影响.结果显示:粉碎方式会对小麦粉碎粒度及粒度分布产生影响,但该影响也会受到辊式粉碎机轧辊间隙的限制.轧辊间隙为0.2 mm时,两组样品的粉碎粒度一致,但对辊式粉碎机组样品粒度的均匀性优于锤片式粉碎机组;轧辊间隙为0.4 mm时,对辊式粉碎机组样品的粉碎粒度及粒度分布与锤片式粉碎机组一致;轧辊间隙为0.6 mm时,对辊式粉碎机组样品的粉碎粒度高于锤片式粉碎机组,但均匀度较差.

摘  要:
The effect of feed milling methods on particle size and distribution of wheat was studied. Wheat was ground by hammer mill(HM,sieve size 2 mm) and roller mill(RM,gap between rolls 0.2,0.4,0.6 mm),the HM as control group. The results showed that under present experimental conditions,the milling method could affect the particle size and distribution of wheat,but the effect was limited by the roll gap of the roll mill.When the roll gap was 0.2 mm,the particle size of the two samples was the same,but the uniformity of the particle size of treatment RM was better than the treatment HM. When the roll gap was 0.4 mm,the particle size and uniformity of treatment RM were consistent with the treatment HM. And when the gap was 0.6 mm,the particle size of the treatment RM was higher than treatment HM,but the uniformity was poor.
