超干贮藏对鸭茅、狗尾草种子的生理生化影响

摘  要:
以鸭茅(Dactycis glomerata L.)、纳罗克非洲狗尾草(Setaria sphacecata cv.Narok)种子为研究对象,采用变色硅胶作干燥剂对牧草种子进行吸湿干燥,获得含水量为4.5%、3.5%和2.5%的超干种子,各水分样品分别置于常温和低温(0~-5℃)下用铝箔袋密封贮藏1年。对贮藏前后的牧草种子分别进行幼苗生长测定、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、脱氢酶活性以及丙二醛含量测定,分析比较贮藏前后牧草种子各项生理生化指标的变化,确定牧草种子贮藏适宜的超低水分值和温度条件。结果表明:2种牧草种子均可确定常温贮藏和低温贮藏的超低水分值,且种间存在差异。初步认为:鸭茅常温贮藏适宜的超低水分值为3.5%,低温贮藏适宜的超低水分值为2.5%;纳罗克非洲狗尾草常温贮藏适宜的超低水分值为4.5%,低温贮藏适宜的超低水分值为3.5%。贮藏1年后,对所选4.5%、3.5%、2.5%3种超低水分种子不同温度贮藏条件下测定的POD,CAT,SOD,TTC活性升高或保持原有活性,而MDA含量减少,说明2种牧草种子能够进行超干贮藏,且能够保持较高的种子活力。

摘  要:
In this reserch,some seeds of Dactycis glomerata L.and Setaria sphacecata cv.Narok are chosen to be used for materials which were dried by discolored silica gel,to get different moisture contents(4.5%,3.5%,2.5%).Every material of different moisture contents are stored for one year under normal temperature and low temperature(0 to 5 ℃).By the test of seedling growth,POD,CAT,SOD,TTC and MDA content,the vitality indexes of seeds before and after storage are contrasted.The results showed that the suitable ultra-low moisture content under normal temperature is 3.5%,and under low temperature is 2.5% for Dactycis glomerata L;the suitable ultra-low moisture content under normal temperature is 4.5%,and under low temperature is 3.5% for Setaria sphacecata cv.Narok.and the activities of POD,CAT,SOD,TTC in two forage seeds with three moisture(4.5%,3.5%,2.5%)are increased or maintained compared with their original activity,and MDA content is decreased.These showed that forage seeds can be ultra-dried stored,and maintained higher seed vigor.
