蜂毒多肽镇痛抗炎及降压作用

摘  要:
蜂毒多肽1,0.5mg/kg SC能显著提高小鼠热板法测定的痛阈,并能降低醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的发生率,对角及莱胶,组胺所致大鼠足肿胀亦有明显抑制作用,一次iv蜂毒多月太0.25和0.5mg/kg对正常及高血压大鼠的血压均有明显的降低作用。

摘  要:
The dosage between 1 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg, SC of the bee-venom polypeptidecan obviously cuhance the mouse′s feeling threshold determinated with method ofthe hot-plate and also decrease occurrence of the mouse′s sprained body which wasinduced by acetic acid. It has significant control of the rat′s foot swelling whichwas induced by Dui-Jiao- Ca-Cai-Jiao and histamine. The injected dosage between 0.25 and 0.5 mg/kg,IV of beec-venom polypeptidecan obviously decrease normal and hypertension of the rat.
