设施农业无线智能电动运载平台设计

摘  要:
针对设施农业生产过程中的农资物料搬运作业困难,人工搬运效率低,劳动强度大的问题,研制一种无线遥控的智能电动运载平台。该运载平台利用位置标记及识别系统获得的信号或遥控装置控制电动机,驱动带有差速器的驱动轮转动,可实现不同速度调节,使运输车沿管件构成的轨道行走,能适应设施农业狭窄、密闭的生产环境,达到农资物料运输环保、节能、高效的目的。

摘  要:
Aiming at difficulty of the facility agricultural production process in agricultural capital material transporting work,the low efficiency of man-power transports and labor intensity,develops one kind of wireless remote control the intelligent electrically operated transportation platform.The transport platform using the location and recognition system for signal or remote control device to control the motor,actuating driving wheel rotation with differential mechanism,may realize the different speed regulation,making the transport vehicle walk along the pipe fittings of orbit,it could adapt to narrow,airtight production facility agriculture,and achieve agricultural materials material handling the purpose of environmental protection,energy saving,high efficiency
