蟛蜞菊对铜绿微囊藻生长抑制作用研究

摘  要:
研究了蟛蜞菊(Wedelia chinensis)水提液和粉末对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)生长的抑制作用。结果表明,蟛蜞菊水提液与粉末对铜绿微囊藻生长均有明显的抑制效果。蟛蜞菊整株提取液的投加浓度大于1.0 g/L时,培养7 d时对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制率可达到97.7%。蟛蜞菊粉末水提液的投加浓度大于1.0g/L时,培养6 d时对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制率可达到100%。蟛蜞菊0.45μm滤膜过滤液的投加浓度大于1.0 g/L时,培养7 d时对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制率可达到100%。直接投加蟛蜞菊粉末时,当其浓度大于1.0 g/L时,培养5 d后对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制率可达到100%。在铜绿微囊藻生长受到抑制的同时,其叶绿素a及藻胆蛋白的含量也呈明显减少趋势。

摘  要:
The inhibition effect of water extract and powder of Wedelia chinensis on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa were studied.The results showed that the water extracts prepared by any methods and powder of W.chinensis all had obvious inhibition effect on the growth of M.aeruginosa.When the concentration of whole plant water extract of W.chinensis was higher than 1.0 g/L,the inhibitory ratio would reach 97.7% after 7 days of cultivation.When the concentration of water extract of W.chinensis powder filtered by ordinary qualitative paper was above 1.0g/L,the inhibitory ratio was 100% after 6 days of cultivation.When the concentration filtered by 0.45μm membrane was higher than 1.0 g/L,the inhibitory ratio was 100% after 7 days of cultivation.The inhibitory rate was 100% after 5 days of cultivation when the concentration was above 1.0 g/L by directly putting the powder.At the same time,the content of chlorophyll-a and the phycobiliprotein of M.aeruginosa tended to decrease when the growth of W.chinensis was inhibited.
