摘  要:
综述了国内外杀线虫苏云金芽胞杆菌的作用机理及研究进展,介绍了杀线虫Bt菌株的发现及其活性成分,阐述了Bt对植物寄生线虫的作用机理以及相关基因的研究现状,并对其发展进行了展望。

摘  要:
The mechanism and research progress of nematicidal Bacillus thuringiensis in China and abroad were summarized at first,including discovering process of nematicidal Bt strain and its effective component.Then,the mechanism of Bt against plant nematode and study status quo of related genes were introduced.Finally the future development of Bacillus thuringiensis in controlling of plant nematodes was discussed.
