摘 要：
为研究禽I型副粘病毒(APMV-1)天鹅分离株sw/CH/LHLJ/120608对鸡的致病性,本研究将该病毒以105EID50/m L的剂量,采用点眼和滴鼻的方式感染SPF鸡,检测其致病性,同时,采用荧光定量RT-PCR的方法检测病毒在各组织中的分布。结果显示,sw/CH/LHLJ/120608分离株感染鸡能够引起30%的发病率和6%的死亡率,并且病毒在感染鸡的呼吸系统、消化系统、免疫系统以及泌尿系统中均有广泛的分布。根据对APMV-1实验动物致病性的判定标准,该病毒株对鸡具有中等毒力的致病力特征。

摘 要：
To evaluate the pathogenicity of avian paramyxovirus serotype 1(APMV-1) to chickens which isolated from swan,the SPF chickens were artificially infected with the APMV-1 at a dose of 105EID50/m L via oculonasal administration. The results showed that the isolate caused about 30% morbidity and 6% mortality of the infected chickens. In addition, the virus was distributed widely in respiratory, gastrointestine, immune and urinary system of the chickens detected by real-time PCR. In conclusion, the isolate of APMV-1 was the mesogenic virus to SPF chicken according to the pathogenic criteria.
