摘  要：
Several approaches to working hard to establish an elite periodical are introduced systematically in the paper.The approaches are insisting right policy,collecting papers actively,depending on peer reviewers,strengthening reviewing,improving the accomplishment in various agricultural subjects and editorial skills of the editors,shortening the time difference between submission and publishing,beautify the appearance and elevating the service to the readers.
