摘  要:
[目的]研究沙地云杉在干旱荒漠区的育苗技术及幼苗生长规律。[方法]将供试种子用不同方法处理后播种,采用3种苗床设计和3种播种密度的随机区组设计进行育苗试验。[结果]播种前用冷水浸种处理种子,育苗苗床选择高床,播种量采用中密度,有利于提高出苗率和保苗率,且能够显著降低病害发生率。幼苗的年生长规律表现为:高生长从6月进入快速生长期,地径生长从6月20日进入快速生长期,地径生长滞后于苗高生长约20d,到7月苗高生长和地径生长趋于平缓,至8月苗高生长和地径生长趋于停止。相关分析表明,影响地径和苗高生长的主要环境因子为最低气温和20、15、10cm土层的土壤温度。[结论]该研究为沙地云杉在干旱荒漠区的推广种植提供了技术支持。

摘  要:
[Objective]The purpose was to study the seedling raising technique and seedling growth regularity of Picea mongolica in arid desert areas.[Method]The tested seeds were treated by different methods before sowing,the randomized block design with 3 seedbed designs and 3 sowing density was used in seedling raising experiment.[Result]The measures of soaking seeds in cold water before sowing,selecting high seedbed and middle sowing density for seedling raising were favorable to enhancing seedling emergence rate and seedling survival rate and these measures could reduce the incidence rate of disease significantly.The annual growth regularity of seedlings was manifested as follows:its growth of height entered into rapid growth period from Jun.,its growth of ground diameter entered into rapid growth period from Jun.20th,its growth of ground diameter was delayed for about 20 d in comparison with its growth of seedling height,its growth of seedling height and ground diameter tended to be slow till Jul.and stopped till Aug.The correlation analysis showed that the major environmental factors influencing growth of ground diameter and seedling height were lowest temperature,soil temperatures in soil layers of 20,15 and 10 cm.[Conclusion]This study supplied technical support for popularization and planting of P.mongolica in arid desert areas.
