粮油新型检测方法研究综述

摘  要：
随着新材料、传感技术、信息采集与数字化处理等新兴学科的迅猛发展,基于计算机的电子眼技术、电子鼻技术、电子舌技术等无损检测技术成了粮油品质检测的研究热点,国内外学者已进行了大量的前期研究工作。该文综合国内外最新的研究成果,对电子眼、电子鼻、电子舌三个新型技术分别进行了阐述,探讨它们在粮油品质检测中发挥的作用以及最新的研究进展,同时也讨论这三个检测技术存在的局限性,最后对粮油检测技术手段发展的前景进行了展望。

摘  要：
With the rapid development of new disciplines,new materials,sensor technology,information acquisitionand digital processing,and based on the computer's electronic eye technology,electronic nose technology and elec-tronic tongue technology,nondestructive detection technology has become the hot spot in the field of grain and oilquality testing.Scholars who from domestic and foreign have done a large amount of previous studies. The latest re-search is involving in home and abroad and including electronic eyes,electronic nose and tongue technology.This es-say describes and explores those new technology which play a role in the quality detection of cereals and oils,thenshares the latest research progress,and discusses limits of these three detection techniques.Finally,future develop-ment of grain and oil testing technology are discussed.
