北美香柏插穗生根过程中内源激素的变化

摘  要:
以北美香柏嫩枝插穗为材料,用ABT2和GGR6处理插穗,以清水处理为对照,研究扦插生根过程中插穗内源激素含量变化。结果表明:植物生长调节剂处理通过影响内源激素含量的变化而促进生根。经生长调节剂处理的插穗中IAA含量、IAA/ABA值在不定根的诱导期和伸长期出现峰值,扦插后13d时ABT2和GGR6处理的插穗中IAA含量比对照分别提高58.75%和24.94%,扦插后52d分别提高123.81%和61.11%。ABA含量、GA含量在生根过程中呈下降趋势,尤其是在不定根的诱导期下降明显。ABA含量、ZT含量、GA含量与生根率呈负相关。IAA含量和IAA/ABA值是调控插穗生根的主要因子,在不定根的诱导期和伸长期作用明显。

摘  要:
Thuja occidentalis L.was taken as the experimental material and cuttings were treated by ABT2,GGR6 and water in order to study the endogenous hormone variation in softwood cuttings in the period of adventitious root formation.The results showed that plant growth regulator treatment could promote rooting by affecting endogenous hormone content.IAA content and IAA/ABA in the cuttings treated by plant growth regulators had peaks in induction period and elongation period of adventitious root formation,respectively.On the 13th day after cuttage,IAA content in the cuttings treated by ABT2 and GGR6 were higher by 58.75% and 24.94% than control respectively,and higher by 123.81% and 61.11% than control on the 52nd day after cuttage respectively.During adventitious root formation,ABA content and GA content presented downward trend,which was more obvious in induction period.ABA content,ZT content and GA content were negatively correlated with rooting rate.IAA content and IAA/ABA were the major hormone factors affecting rooting,which was more obvious in induction period and elongation period.
