从物质文明建设、精神文明建设、农业可持续发展等角度入手,对农业机械的影响力进行了分析。通过例证说明,农业机械在社会主义新农村建设中起着基础性、主导性、决定性的作用,是新农村物质文明建设的重要基础,是新农村精神文明建设的有效载体,是实现农业可持续发展的有力保障。加速发展农业机械化,体现了建设我国社会主义新农村的基本要求,是建设我国社会主义新农村的基础和必由之路。

摘  要：
Agricultural mechanization is the main symbol of modern agriculture. Agricultural equipment is the material foundation of realizing modernization of agriculture. In the paper, the force of agricultural equipment to the building of a new socialist countryside was analyzed from material civilization, spiritual civilization and agricultural sustainable development. The fact shows that agricultural equipment has a foundational, dominant and critical effect on the building of a new socialist countryside. It is the important foundation and available carrier of building a new socialist countryside, and the powerful guarantee of realizing agricultural sustainable development. Accelerating the development of agricultural mechanization reflects the basic demand and is also the only way of building a new socialist countryside.
