The use amount of difficult processed metal materials will increase rapidly in 21st century,and so the problem of machining will be more prominent.The century difficult problem of massive uses of the material and the variety performance diversification must be fundamentally solved,development and application of key technologies be sped up,cutting technology be innovated,so as to meet the demand of manufacture industry.
