不同南荻繁殖体幼苗生长研究

摘  要:
为给南荻(Miscanthus lutarioriparius)大规模繁殖和生产实践提供参考,以南荻不同地下茎繁殖体(1年生切段、1年生顶芽、3年生切段、3年生顶芽、6年生切段)为材料,通过对出苗率、株高、叶数、倒3叶长等指标的观察,研究了繁殖母体对南荻幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同繁殖母体长成的幼苗在出苗率、株高、叶数、倒3叶、地下芽长和地下部干重上都表现为地下茎切段>地下茎顶芽、1年生>3年生>6年生,说明南荻幼苗繁殖以年限较短的地下茎切段作为繁殖材料效果较好。

摘  要:
To provide theoretical basis for the large- scale propagation and production of Miscanthus lutarioriparia,different rhizomes propagules of Miscanthus lutarioriparia,1- year old segments,1- year old terminal bud,3- year old segments,3- year old terminal bud and 6- year old segments,were used as materials to study the effects of propagules on seedling growth of Miscanthus lutarioriparia by investigation on germination rate,plant height,leaf number,length of the3 rd leaf from the top and so on. The results showed that the germination rate,plant height,leaf number,length of the 3rd leaf from the top,length of underground buds and undeground dry weight of seedlings from different propagules showed the trend of rhizome segments > rhizome terminal bud,and 1- year old material > 3- year old material > 6- year old material,which indicated that the optimal material for seedlings propagation of Miscanthus lutarioriparia was the shorter years old rhizome segments.
