化感水稻PI312777响应低磷胁迫的差异蛋白质组学分析

摘  要:
为研究水稻响应低磷的分子机理,以化感水稻PI312777为材料,应用差异蛋白质组学方法分析化感水稻PI312777根部响应低磷的蛋白质组变化趋势。结果表明,共鉴定11个差异蛋白质点,共分为3类:第1类,与信号转导相关蛋白质—细胞色素B5、受体激酶;第2类,与生长相关蛋白质—推定叶绿体SPR接受子、CDC2蛋白激酶、生长素转运蛋白、脯氨酸富集蛋白家族;第3类,与化感物质代谢相关蛋白质—推定水杨酸羧基转甲基酶、推定4-香豆酸辅酶A连接酶、推定细胞色素P450、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、角鲨烯单氧化酶。其中除细胞色素B5和角鲨烯单氧化酶表达丰度下调,其余蛋白质表达丰度均上调。

摘  要:
To reveal the molecular mechanism of rice responding to lower phosphorus stress,the differentiale xpression of proteins in the roots of allelopathic rice PI312777 was detected by the method of differential proteomics.The results indicated that eleven proteins with obviously different abundance were identified by MALD I-TOF/MS.According to the function of proteins,those proteins were classified into three categories:In thef irst category,proteins were related to signal transduction-Cytochrome B5,Receptor-like kinase;In the secondc ategory,proteins were associated with plant growth-Putative chloroplast SPR receptor cpFtsY,PutativeC DC2-like protein kinase cdc2MsC,Auxin transport protein,Proline-rich protein family-like;In the third category,proteins were related to allelochemical metabolism-Putative salicylic acid carboxyl methltransferase,Put ative 4-coumarate-CoA ligase,Putative cytochrome P450,Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase,Putative squalenem onooxygenase.In addition,the eleven proteins were all up-regulated with the exception of Cytochrome B5 and Putative squalene monooxygenase.
