基于模糊控制的粮食烘干控制系统研究

摘  要:
粮食烘干中热风烘干机使用广泛,通常塔式热风烘干机为PID控制算法,对于不同的粮食需要调节的控制参数不一样,超调量很难控制且整个系统参数的计算和调节的工作量非常巨大。模糊控制具有很强的鲁棒性和控制稳定性,能较为方便的实现对不同对象的控制,模糊推理机的塔式热风粮食烘干机系统的模糊控制算法,使其满足实际生产过程中的需要。

摘  要:
Hot air dryers are widely applied in grain drying,normally tower hot air dryers are PID control algorithm.for different grains,adjustment control parameters are different.Overshoot volume is difficult to control and the system parameters calculation and adjustment is difficult.Fuzzy control has strong robustness and control stability,which can be more convenient to realize the control of different objects.Fuzzy control algorithm of tower food hot air dryer system of fuzzy inference machine makes it meet the need in the process of actual production.
