摘  要：
Based on the discussion of the concept of geographic mark protection, current status of geographic protection of fruits in Fujian is analyzed. Accordingly the strategic measures are proposed as follows, to strengthen publicity and enhance the understandings, to actively carry on the resources investigation, and to accurately define the conditions of applying for use and the range of exclusive use rights, so as to well-handle the protection.
