保水剂在鸡冠花育苗和移栽中的应用研究

摘  要:
通过种子包衣、造粒以及幼苗移栽时沾根、穴施等方法,研究了保水剂在鸡冠花育苗和移栽中的应用效果。试验结果表明:用保水剂处理鸡冠花种子,可使出苗率提高4.2%~5.5%,出苗时间缩短1~2d;幼苗移栽时使用保水剂,可使呼吸速率提高25.97%~53.57%,花径增大26.08%~66.40%,总花期延长2~9d。在种子处理中,用保水剂造粒的效果优于包衣;在幼苗移栽处理中,穴施保水剂的效果优于沾根。由此可见,在鸡冠花育苗和移栽时适当使用保水剂,是提高鸡冠花出苗率、缩短出苗时间以及促进幼苗移栽后生长发育的有效途径,值得推广应用。

摘  要:
In order to resolve the matter about low germination rate,long germination period and slow growth and development of Celosia cristata seedling after transplanted,several ways of seed-coating,granule round seed-making,roots-wetting with water-retaining agent or water-retaining agent in planting aperture were applied,and the application effect of water-retaining agent on seedling-raising and its transplantation was investigated in this experiment.The results demonstrated that the seed treated with water-retaining agent could enhance germination rate by 4.2%~5.5% and shorten germination period by 1~2 d,and water-retaining agent used in seedling transplantation could enhance respiration rate by 25.97%~53.57%,the diameter of flower was enlarged by 26.08%~66.40% and total florescence was prolonged by 2~9 d.The effect of granule round seed-making with water-retaining agent was more obvious than that of seed-coating,and the effect of water-retaining agent in planting aperture was more obvious than that of root-wetting with water-retaining agent.The result showed that the proper application of water-retaining agent in seedling-raising and its transplantation was the effective approach in enhancing germination rate,shortening germination period and accelerating growth and development of Celosia cristata seedling after transplantation and it was worth popularizing and applying in agricultural production.
