有机生态型无土栽培技术及其营养生理基础

摘  要:
以番茄为试材,介绍了应用消毒有机肥代替营养液的有机生态型无土栽培技术的方法与原理。1991~1994年的试验结果表明:与营养液栽培相比,有机生态型无土栽培方法可降低肥料成本、增加果实中还原糖和维生素C含量、降低有机酸含量;采用有机生态型无土栽培,在番茄的整个生长期间,基质中营养元素的供应水平与植株对营养元素的吸收要求一致,吸收氮、磷、钾的比例为N:P2O5:K2O=1:0.251:1.141;同时,有机生态型无土栽培对环境无污染。

摘  要:
The report introduces the technique and principle of ecology sound soilless culture using sterilized solid organic manure instead of nutrient solution. The experiment of application of solid organic fertilizer in tomato soilless culture and its nutrient physiology were conducted from 1991-1994. The results indicated that: using solid organic manure increased tomato yield, decreased fertilizer cost, increased reducing sugar and vitamine C content and decreased organic acid content in tomato fruit as compared with using nutrient solution; During the whole growing period, the ratio of N :P2O5 : K2O uptaken by tomato plant was 1 : 0.251 : 1.141. Level of nutrient elements supplying in substrates was coincided with nutrient demanding from plant by using solid organic manure. At the same time the system has no environmental pollution and keep a good ecological balance.
