4个品种椰子嫩果椰肉主要矿质元素含量分析

摘  要:
采用原子吸收光谱法对4个品种椰子嫩果椰肉中8种矿质元素(K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn)含量及其品种间差异进行测定分析。结果表明:嫩果椰肉8种矿质元素中,K含量最高,Ca含量最低,微量元素含量则依次为Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu。Mg、Fe和Mn含量在4个椰子主栽品种嫩果椰肉中存在显著性差异。

摘  要:
Eight mineral elements(K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn)in the tender coconut meat of four coconut cultivars were detected using an atomic absorption spectrometer.The results showed that the K content was the highest and Ca was the lowest in the tender coconut meat among the major elements.The trace element content was in the order of Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu.The content of Mg,Fe and Mn was significantly different among the four cultivars.
