胃舒平片剂中铝含量测定方法研究

摘 要：
研究了胃舒平片剂中铝含量的测定方法。样品消解后,先在pH值为7~8时,用稀NaOH溶液将Al3+沉淀为Al(OH)3,再加入KCl,反应中生成的游离KOH溶液,以酚酞为指示剂,用HCl标准溶液滴定至终点。加标回收率(R)在96.8%~100.1%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)<1.0%。结果表明,改进后的方法,操作方便、测定快捷,其准确度和精密度与标准法一致。

摘 要：
The study on the method of determining aluminum content in compound aluminum hyclroxide tablets was conducted.The sample was digesting,the Al3+ was deposited as Al(OH)3 with thin solution of NaOH,while that remains pH 7～8.Then,KF was added and dissociated KOH was released.With phenolphthalein as the indicator and HCl as the standard solution,dissociated KOH was titrated to end point.The recovery of standard addition was between 96.8% and 100.1%,and the relative standard deviation of determination result was <1.0 %.The results showed that the improved method was a facility-operating way with the fast determination.The accuracy and precision of this method accorded with those of national standard method.
