创制杀菌剂啶菌恶唑的生物活性及应用研究(Ⅲ)——番茄叶霉病

摘  要:
啶菌恶唑(SYP-Z048)对番茄叶霉病有较高的杀菌活性,离体活性EC50值为0.29g/ml,盆栽试验结果EC90为90.66g/ml;田间小区试验结果表明:25%啶菌恶唑乳油使用剂量为200~400ga.i./hm2,施药2~3次,能有效控制番茄叶霉病的发生与危害,防效与腈菌唑相当,优于多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵及代森锰锌。

摘  要:
SYP-Z048 has relatively high activity against tomato leaf mold, with an in vitro LD50 of 0.29 g/ml and anEC90 of 90.66 g/ml in potted plant studies. In small plot field experiments, SYP-Z048 at 200-400 g a.i./ha effectivelyreduced both occurrence and damage caused by tomato leaf mold on tomatoes. Efficacy of SYP-Z048 against tomato leafmold was equal to that provided by myclobutanil and better than that of carbendazim, thiophanate, and mancozeb.
