脑卒中老年患者睡眠障碍原因分析与护理行为干预

摘  要：
目的:了解脑卒中老年病人睡眠障碍的原因,探讨相应的护理干预措施。方法:回顾性分析存在睡眠障碍脑卒中老年病人54例的临床资料。结果:脑卒中老年病人睡眠障碍相关原因包括疾病、环境、心理、社会、不良生活方式等,经护理干预后病人睡眠质量得到一定改善。结论:加强睡眠行为护理干预可有效改善脑卒中睡眠障碍病人的睡眠质量。

摘  要：
Objective:To investigate the cause of sleep disorder in elderly stroke patients and the related care behavioral intervention.Methods:The clinic data of 54 elderly stroke patients with sleep disorder were analyzed.Results:The causes of sleep disorder in elderly stroke patients were relative to disease,environment,psychological status,social factor,improper life style and so on.The sleep quality of the elderly stroke patients was improved by the care intervention.Conclusions:The care intervention of sleeping behavior can improve the sleep quality of the elderly stroke patients.
