醇提藿香微胶囊化工艺的研究

摘  要:
研究以长白山道地药材藿香为原料,以乙醇回流提取,对包埋率及影响醇提物微胶囊化的因素进行了系列研究,确定了最佳工艺条件为:壁材为大豆分离蛋白∶麦芽糊精∶黄原胶=5∶4.8∶0.5、芯材添加量20%、乳化剂3%、干物质含量15%、均质压力35MPa、均质三次、均质温度70℃、喷雾干燥进风温度180℃、出风温度85℃。

摘  要:
Using the Changbai mountain local raw material-Agastache rugosa as raw material,the extraction of ethyl alcohol and the affected of the embedding rate and microencapsulation was studied.The best technological conditions was:wall material by soybean separation protein∶maltodextrin∶xanthan gum was 5∶4.8∶0.5,the heartwood addition 20%,the emulsifier 3%,the dry material content 15%.The research determined the homogen pressure was 35MPa for three times,the homogen temperature was 70℃,enters wind temperature was 180℃,the exit wind temperature was 85℃。
