摘 要：
竹绿虎天牛是我国出口竹制品具有检疫意义的害虫,对其熏蒸处理条件的探索具有重要的经济价值。本研究应用国家标准GB/T 36773-2018推荐的硫酰氟对竹绿虎天牛幼虫、蛹以及成虫熏蒸处理技术指标,验证硫酰氟对竹绿虎天牛卵的熏蒸有效性。研究结果显示,20℃、96 g/m~3,24℃、80 g/m~3,30℃、64 g/m~33个不同的硫酰氟剂量与温度组合熏蒸处理24 h后,竹绿虎天牛的卵死亡率都达到100%。验证试验表明GB/T 36773-2018推荐的竹绿虎天牛硫酰氟熏蒸处理技术指标同样适用于卵的处理。

摘 要：
Chlorophorus annularis(Coleoptera:Cerambycidae) is a pest of quarantine significance for Chinese bamboo articles export,and therefore to explore fumigation condition for C. annularis has momentous economic value. The sulfuryl fluoride fumigation treatment schedules recommended by national standard GB/T36773-2018 for larvae,pupae and adult of C. annularis,were applied in order to confirm the effectiveness to the egg of C. annularis. The results showed that the 100% mortality of the eggs of C.annularis were all reached respectively after 24 h fumigation at three doses,96 g/m~3 at 20℃,80 g/m~3 at24℃ and 64 g/m~3 at 30℃. The confirmatory test shows the sulfuryl fluoride fumigation treatment schedules of GB/T 36773-2018 can be effective as well as the egg of C. annularis.
