赣南国有林场可持续发展评估体系的构建——以大余、兴国两县为例

摘 要：
为了促进赣南国有林场可持续发展,采取实地调研、文献研究和数据分析等方法对赣南国有林场评估体系进行研究,针对其存在的生态效益不合理、经济效益较差、社会效益不明显、管理效益较低和基础建设薄弱等问题,从目标、思路、原则、路线、评估指标及其权重的测定等方面构建了赣南国有林场可持续发展评估体系,依据评估结果实现了赣南国有林场的自我诊断和可持续经营,但一级、二级指标权重有待进一步调整。

摘 要：
In order to improve sustainable development of Gannan Nationalized Forest Farm and offer references for support policy,its existing problems including unreasonable ecological benefits,poor economic performance,unobvious social benefit,low management efficiency and unsubstantial infrastructure were discussed by field survey,literature review and data analysis and simultaneously,an evaluation system of its sustainable development was constructed,involved in aim,thinking,principle,route,evaluation index and measures.Based on this evaluation system,its self-diagnosis and sustainable operation was realized but the first and second index weight of the evaluation system is supposed to be further readjusted.
