就DCT基因编码蛋白的结构、基因的功能、与动物毛色的关系及有关生物信息学研究进展进行了概述,并对今后DCT基因在动物毛色方面的研究进行了展望。

摘要：

In this paper, the structure of DCT gene-encoded proteins, function and polymorphisms of DCT gene, the relationship with animal hair color and the progress of bioinformatics were summarized. The future research of DCT gene in animal hair color is prospected.
