摘  要:
Guided by the industry characteristics of food science and engineering,and the training needs of food professionals in Southwest China,combined with the exploration of food science and engineering talent training and teaching reform in recent years,this paper systematically introduces the characteristics and advantages of food professional training in Chongqing Technology and Business University,and can be used for reference in the construction of food specialty in other universities.
