关于大数据时代下高校辅导员预警能力研究

摘  要：
处于当前大数据时代下的高校辅导员预警能力的提高是一项十分重要的工作,能够有效的解决高校中发生的突发事件。现阶段的高校辅导员没有建立起足够强的预警意识,并且掌握大学生的信息渠道过于单一,进而导致其他工作与预警工作之间无法深入结合。高校应注重对辅导员预警能力的培养,提高其研判能力以及信息意识,通过网络舆情监测来掌握教学重点。本文分别介绍了预警能力的概念以及大数据的概念,并分析了大数据时代下高校管理工作所遇到的优势和困境,进而提出了大数据时代下如何提高高校辅导员预警能力的具体措施。

摘  要：
In the current era of big data,it is a very important work to improve the early warning ability ofCollege counselors. At this stage,the college counselors do not establish a strong awareness of early warning,and grasp the information channel is too single,leading to other work and early warning work can't becombined. Colleges and universities should pay attention to the training of early warning ability,improve theirability to judge and information consciousness,through the network of public opinion monitoring to grasp theteaching focus. This paper introduces the concept of early warning capability and big data,and analyzes theencountered in university management under the era of big data strengths and difficulties,and puts forwardsome concrete measures of how to improve the early warning ability of instructors in Colleges and Universitiesunder the era of big data.
