莠去津对南美蟛蜞菊抗氧化酶活性的影响与细胞毒性

摘  要:
[目的和方法]用不同质量分数(5‰、10‰、15‰、20‰、25‰)的莠去津溶液处理南美蟛蜞菊[Wedelia trilobata(L.)A.S.Hitche],通过测定其叶片中抗氧化酶活性、H_2O_2含量及不定根根长和根尖细胞微核率,探讨莠去津对南美蟛蜞菊的防控效果。[结果]随着莠去津质量分数的提高,南美蟛蜞菊的SOD、CAT和POD活性先升后降,H_2O_2含量和根尖细胞微核率升高,根长则下降。[结论]莠去津用于南美蟛蜞菊防控有较好的效果。

摘  要:
[Aims] This study aims to assess prevention and control effect of Wedelia trilobata treated with different concentrations atrazine(5, 10, 15, 20, 25‰) by determining antioxidase activity and H_2O_2 content in leaves and apical micronucleus ratio and adventitious root length. [Results] The results showed that SOD, CAT and POD activity increased at first and then decreased, and H_2O_2 content and apical micronucleus ratio increased, but adventitious root length decreased with increase of atrazine concentration. [Conclusions] Atrazine has better prevention and control effect for W. trilobata.
