基于SimpleGIS的城镇土地定级研究

摘 要：
以案例的形式分析如何应用SimpleGIS软件进行城镇土地定级评价。案例分析的结果表明,研究区吉首市城区土地定级级别划定为5级,级别最优的Ⅰ级土地,以及较次之的Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级土地面积依次占评定区域面积的2.41%、15.55%、28.13%、36.12%、17.81%;同时基于SimpleGIS土地定级模块实现因素指标征询、指标权重确定、空间数据采集到定级计算,软件应用过程简单、便捷。

摘 要：
Taking Jishou City as an example,we illustrated how to apply the SimpleGIS software to directed urban land gradation evaluation.The results showed that the grades of urban land gradation quality in Jishou City in order of quality from high to low wereⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤwhose area ratio were 2.41%,15.55%,28.13%,36.12%,17.81%,12.21%respectively according to the entire study area.At the same time,the operative processes were simple and accessible from factor indexes choice,index weight definition,spatial data acquisition to classified grade computation based on SimpleGIS software.
