关中地区小麦吸浆虫防治经济阈值初步研究

摘  要:
为探寻其防治经济阈值,本文通过田间淘土监测及剥穗调查的方法测定了不同小麦吸浆虫虫口密度所对应的小麦产量损失,建立了小麦吸浆虫出土虫量x与小麦产量损失率y之间的回归方程y=-0.000 043 x2+0.103 957x+1.404 1(F=238.01,P<0.01,r=0.985 6)。在小麦产量300 kg/667m2,选用48%毒死蜱乳油防控,成虫期防治1次的经济阈值为4.41头/样方(10 cm×10 cm×20 cm),蛹期防治1次的经济阈值为8.07头/样方。

摘  要:
Wheat midge was a destructive pest in wheat spike stage. In order to study economic threshold of wheat midge and improve economic efficiency of prevention and control, wheat yield loss caused by wheat midge in different population densities was estimated with samples collected from soil as well as stripping wheat spike in field. Regression model between wheat yield loss rate and number of unearthed wheat midge was established as y=-0.000 043x2+0.103 957x+1.4041(F=238.01, P<0.01, r=0.985 6) via regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results and actual situation in wheat production in Xianyang of Shan'xi, in the case of wheat yield reached 300 kilogram per 667m2 and 48% chlorpyrifos EC sprayed in this trial, the economic threshold was 4.41 head per quadrat(10 cm×10 cm×20 cm) if wheat midge was controlled once at adult stage, and 8.07 head per quadrat(10 cm×10 cm×20 cm) controlled once at pupae stage.
