根域体积对阳台种植菠菜生长与品质的影响

摘  要:
采用基质栽培方式,研究不同根域体积对阳台种植菠菜根系形态及地上部生长与品质的影响。结果表明,菠菜总根长、根表面积和根体积随着根域体积的减小而减小,各处理组根尖数大小为:300 cm~3>500 cm~3>100 cm~3;菠菜地上部和根系鲜重随着根域体积的减小而减小,根冠比随着根域体积的增大及生育期的延长呈先增大后减小的趋势;叶片可溶性糖和硝酸盐含量随着根域体积的增大逐渐降低,而蛋白质含量则逐渐升高。综合来看,菠菜根系及地上部生长受根域体积的影响显著,当根域体积为500 cm~3时,地上部和根系生长较协调,根系发达,菠菜品质最佳,产量最高。

摘  要:
The effect of root-zone volume(RZV) on growth of roots and shoots and food quality of spinach plants grown in different volumes of substrate on balcony was investigated.The results showed that as RZV decreased,the total length,surface area,volume,and fresh weight of roots,fresh weight of above-ground spinach shoots also decreased.Spinach grown in a RZV of 300 cm~3 had the highest number of root-tips,followed by a RZV of 500 cm~3,and a RZV of 100 cm~3 where the least number of root-tips was observed.The fresh weight of above-substrate shoots and roots also decreased with decreased RZV.Root/shoot ratio increased along with increasing RZV,but decreased with extended growth period.When more RZV was used,soluble sugar and nitrate contents of spinach plants tended to decrease,but protein content tended to increase.The study demonstrated that RZV had a significant effect on the growth of spinach roots and above-substrate shoots.In 500 cm~3 RZV of substrate,the spinach plants grew well with a proper rootshoot ratio,well developed roots,best food quality,and highest yield on small-sized balconies.
