伤力草水煎剂对小白鼠免疫机能的影响

摘 要：
为研究伤力草水煎剂对动物机体免疫机能的影响,以小白鼠为研究对象,将120只小白鼠随机分为高、中、低剂量及对照组,分别灌服15、10、5g/kg的伤力草水煎剂及生理盐水,测定免疫器官指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、E-玫瑰花环形成率。结果显示,与对照组相比,中、高剂量组小白鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著升高;各剂量组均能显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬率和E-玫瑰花环形成率。表明伤力草水煎剂可明显提高小白鼠机体的免疫力。

摘 要：
In order to study the Shanglicao decoction effect on mice immunological function,120 mice were randomly divided into high,middle,low dose and the control group,treated with Shanglicao decoction of 15,10,5g/kg and physiological saline.The index of immune organs,peritoneal macrophages phagocytic rate and E-rosette forming rate were calculated.The results showed that,compared with the control group,in the high and middle dose group of mice,the thymus index and spleen index increased significantly;every dose group could significantly increase the percentage of phagocytosis of macrophages and E-rosette forming rate.Shanglicao decoction can significantly improve the immunological function of mice.
