我国实施林业科技创新的战略构想及对策

摘  要：
林业科技创新可以促进林业的可持续发展。面对我国林业科技发展的现状,依据林业科技创新的特征,提出我国林业科技创新应实施政府行为创新战略、主体行为创新战略和系统创新战略,提高对林业科技创新重要作用的认识,加大科技总体投入,改革创新体制和机制,建立健全科技推广体系,建立林业信息现代化和网络化,加大林业科技人才的培养和引进力度,进一步提高科技队伍整体素质。

摘  要：
The forestry science and technology innovation could promote forestry sustainable development.Facing the present situation of forestry science and technology development in China,on the basis of the characteristics of forestry science and technology innovation,the innovation strategies of government behavior,subject behavior and system were put forward,including deepening the understanding of the important role of forestry science and technology innovation,increasing the overall input of science and technology,reforming the innovation system and mechanism,establishing and perfecting the science and technology spreading system,modernizing and networking the forestry information,promoting cultivation and collection of forestry talents,further improving the overall quality of scientific and technical contingent scientists.
